Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Baker Assistant to provide quality service to Guests and support to the Baker and PIC in a fast-paced environment. You will perform FOH and BOH duties, greet guests, handle payments, and assist with drink preparation at the Tea Bar while ensuring cleanliness and food safety.

The role requires some high school education and possibly Food Handler certification. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a busy kitchen

Qualifications

• Must have some high school education.
• Local Food Handler certification required.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed by the PIC.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Greet and serve Guests.
• Handle payment at the cash register.
• Prepare drinks at the Tea Bar.
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing ingredients.
• Package cakes into boxes.
