Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the bakery staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain inventory and supplies at desired levels.
• Operate department per merchandising and operation guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking and service as needed.
• Maintain labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Conduct PA announcements.
