Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise bakery department staff to ensure guests receive friendly service.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Operate department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide training and feedback to staff for satisfactory performance.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Maintain department labor budgets and scheduling.
• Performs PA announcements.
