Responsibilities

• Lead 15-25 employee team across front and back of house.
• Oversee baking, frosting, utility, crafting, and guest service.
• Manage inventory, order ingredients and supplies weekly.
• Monitor and improve guest service quality and wait times.
• Partner with Area Managers and Owners to learn leadership.
• Develop and maintain schedule and staffing, including holidays.
• Coach and develop the team to improve performance.
• Lead marketing efforts and events coordination.
• Ensure bakery profitability and control costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and NBC brand standards.
• Support deliveries and marketing functions.
