Job summary

Magnolia Bakery is seeking a Bakery Manager to join our NYC-based team. You will report to the General Manager and oversee store operations, focusing on production planning, associate development, and customer engagement to drive results.

You will lead training, enforce health and safety standards, and collaborate with the GM on performance management, scheduling, and policy adherence to maintain Magnolia Bakery’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of store or team leadership experience in retail or culinary.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work in New York City locations without notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation of production lists to ensure timely delivery of fresh bakery products.
• Onboard, train, develop, and manage performance of associates.
• Provide updates on health & safety guidelines, zoning, breaks, product information, and weekly training.
• Partner with GM to manage performance and career progression.
