Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager in New York to oversee all day-to-day bakery operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales and profitability while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage labor, costs, and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems.
