Magnolia Bakery seeks a Store Manager in New York to lead store operations, optimize customer engagement, and drive business results. You will report to the General Manager and oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will guide associates, manage performance, and ensure consistent execution of policies. A welcoming, accountable leader with strong communication will thrive in our fast-paced bakery team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of store or team leadership experience in retail and culinary settings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and staff.
• Experience onboarding, training, and performance management of associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation of production lists to ensure timely delivery of bakery products.
• Onboard, train, and develop associates; manage performance.
• Provide updates on health & safety guidelines and store policies.
• Partner with GM to manage performance and career progression.
• Document underperformance and support management with improvement plans.
