Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Proven leadership with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
