Job summary

NbC Bakery Manager directs the team and day‑to‑day operations, guiding guest experience, cake production, merchandising, work environment, and inventory control to drive sales and profitability while upholding NbC quality and hospitality.

You will lead, train and coach staff, open/close the shop, manage schedules, inventory, orders and costs, ensure health and safety standards, payroll and reporting, and champion local community outreach to strengthen the NbC brand in the market.

Qualifications
