Responsibilities include staff development, cost control, community engagement, and maintaining a welcoming environment that showcases NbC products and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop a team.
• Knowledge of basic retail math and P&L concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery team and day-to-day operations to ensure superior guest experience.
• Oversee cake production, brand standards, and product presentation.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and weekly production/sales planning.
• Control costs, monitor COGS and labor, and maximize profitability.
• Engage with local marketing and community events to raise brand visibility.
