Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Department. You will oversee daily production, display, quality, inventory, and budgeting while driving safety and high service levels.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and customer-friendly attitude with good communication.
• Ability to take orders, answer phones and work in a team.
• Cleanliness and sanitation knowledge; health/safety awareness.
• Ability to operate knives, scales, wrappers and related equipment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bakery output, production, and display
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage budget
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food handling compliance
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage; rotate merchandise
• Plan staffing, schedules, and labor to maximize productivity
• Coach team members and conduct bi-annual performance reviews
• Attend in-store meetings and support store management
