Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Tech III on the 1st shift for our Cayce, SC bakery. You will maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems to ensure reliable operations and food safety, minimizing downtime and supporting efficient bakery production.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems; performing preventive maintenance; maintaining accurate records in our CMMS; and coordinating with teams and contractors

Qualifications

High school diploma with 4+ years industrial maintenance experience or 6+ years without a diploma.
Experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or process controls.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and documentation in maintenance systems.
Ability to stand, lift, climb, and operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and overhauls to improve performance.
Diagnose failures and restore production quickly.
Operate maintenance tools, lifts, and forklifts safely.
Maintain maintenance records and CMMS work orders.
Ensure GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate maintenance with internal teams and contractors.
