Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep high‑volume bakery production lines running smoothly in Ontario, CA. You will perform preventative maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and essential repairs on industrial bakery machinery to ensure minimal downtime and high product quality.

Schedule is Full-Time on the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), with pay rate $35.00–$44.00 per hour and annual salary range $72,800–$91,600.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of industrial maintenance experience (food or beverage manufacturing preferred).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting capabilities.
• Comfortable with SAP and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial bakery equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Conduct routine inspections and promptly resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all tools comply with OSHA and facility safety standards.
• Complete accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Strictly adhere to Food Safety guidelines, including GMP, HACCP, and allergen control protocols.
• Partner with Production and Quality teams to address equipment concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
