Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Department Leader to manage budgets, drive reliability, and coach Team Leaders and Associates toward world-class standards.

You will partner with bakery leadership to implement the Operations Excellence Playbook and deliver KPI-based results across safety, quality, service and cost. A bachelor’s in engineering is preferred and PLC skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on management experience in maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• AIB certification preferred.
• Conceptual knowledge of PLC programming; PLC programming proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department budgets and reliability health.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Associates.
• Promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
• Partner with bakery leadership and cross-functional teams on profit-driving initiatives.
• Deliver on safety, quality, service and cost KPIs.
