Job summary

Franz Family Bakery is seeking a Bakery Maintenance Engineer (LME/Electrician) to join the Springfield Main Plant. The role performs repairs and preventive maintenance on bakery production equipment, freezers, and facilities.

Candidates must hold an LME or Journeyman Electrical license, be willing to work all shifts as the operation runs 24/7/363 days, and have prior maintenance experience on production line equipment. Excellent benefits are included.

Qualifications

• LME License or Journeyman Electrical License required.
• Experience with bakery production equipment preferred.
• Able to work all shifts, 24/7/363 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment.
• Maintain equipment productivity to minimize downtime.
• Keep work areas clean and GMP compliant.
• Record work orders and maintenance reports accurately.
• Provide emergency repairs quickly and efficiently.
• Assist Engineering management with technical tasks.
