Job summary

H&F Bread Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, installation and service of plant equipment across all bakery departments. You will help minimize downtime and assist with training on equipment.

The role requires electrical and controls troubleshooting, experience with 3-phase power and VFDs, and a willingness to work on a 6-day schedule. Prior CMMS familiarity is a plus in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience including 3-phase power, VFDs, motors.
• Industrial controls troubleshooting experience: VFD circuits, control wiring, sensors/PLC I/O.
• Must have strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work overtime as part of a 6-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment focusing on electrical and controls systems.
• Diagnose 3-phase power, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with parts usage and inventory coordination for maintenance work.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
