Job summary

H&F Bread Company LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, installation, and servicing of plant equipment across all departments in our bakery. You will assist with new installations and help minimize downtime while training others on equipment.

The role requires troubleshooting electrical and control systems, maintaining the PM schedule, and ensuring food safety compliance with GMP/SQF/HACCP. Open to overtime and cross-training across teams.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience: 3-phase power, VFD drives, motors.
• Industrial controls troubleshooting experience: VFD circuits, control wiring, sensors (PLC I/O).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime as part of a 6-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment focusing on electrical and controls.
• Diagnose issues on 3-phase power, VFDs, motors, and sensors.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Document work in CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
• Train staff on equipment and ensure food-safety compliance.
