Aufgaben

• Prepare, make up, bake, and fry all department products, proofing items as necessary.
• Lead bakery clerks and provide guidance and direction.
• Review product for freshness and manage shelf and order needs.
• Inspect incoming products for quality and quantity.
• Ensure correct labeling on ad items and maintain department safety.
• Write the department schedule and ensure coverage in the Bakery Manager's absence.
• Practice proper sanitation and keep the work area clean and safe.
