Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee back-of-house operations, ensure profitability, supervise kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience in our New Ulm location.

You will report to the General Manager, implement company policies, train and develop team members, manage inventory and costs, coordinate with front-of-house operations, and uphold the Perkins commitment to employees and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• 1-2 years managerial experience, preferably in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-of-house operations of assigned restaurant; responsible for achieving planned sales and profit levels through policy and performance standards.
• Provide direction to back-of-house staff, ensuring execution of all duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner per procedures and health regulations.
• Attend unit management meetings and supervise kitchen personnel, including training and performance reviews.
