Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a capable restaurant leader to manage back-of-house operations and drive sales and profitability. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure high guest satisfaction, and enforce policies, procedures and safety standards.

The role includes training, scheduling, payroll oversight, and collaboration with regional management to meet company goals. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of managerial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities demonstrated by guiding back-of-house staff.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back-of-house operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Direct kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide training, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Manage inventory, costs, and productivity.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Attend management meetings and present updates.
• Support other restaurant functions as needed.
