Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Ingredient to prepare, scale, and document ingredients according to approved recipes and production schedules. This role ensures product quality, food safety, and uninterrupted production by maintaining a steady flow of ingredients to the mixing process.

The shift is 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM EST), with an hourly rate of $20.00. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and SOPs.
• Experience documenting production information and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scale ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
• Maintain ingredient traceability through documentation and system records.
• Monitor inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
• Transport ingredients to support batching and production operations.
• Inspect equipment and ensure readiness for production.
