Aspire Bakeries Swedesboro, NJ is hiring an Operator 2, Mixer to join our bakery team. You will prepare and mix dough according to recipes, monitor times and temperatures, and help sustain production flow to meet line capacity. The role emphasizes food safety, quality, and efficient operations.

The position offers an 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with weekend availability, and an hourly pay range of $21.00–$22.25. Relevant experience with SAP and a focus on safety are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to follow recipes, SOPs, and batch records accurately.
• Strong attention to food safety and quality in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough batches according to recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient sequencing to maintain quality.
• Document batch records and enter data into SAP.
• Maintain clean, sanitized mixing and storage areas.
• Ensure GMPs and food safety compliance.
