Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Shift Leader to create a warm, welcoming environment and drive a memorable guest experience at our Baton Rouge bakery. You will be the first brand contact, guiding guests through cake options, promotions, and celebrations while leading a small team during shifts.

Flexibility is required to open/close the bakery as keyholder, with weekend and holiday availability. This supervisory role emphasizes guest satisfaction and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No formal education required, previous guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage inquiries to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Open and close the bakery as a keyholder; support daily operations.
• Maintain product knowledge about NbC cakes to assist guests with selections and promotions.
• Assist with merchandising, display, and packaging for celebrations.
• Lead and guide other guest service team members during shifts.
