Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Michigan is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience and help run daily bakery operations, including opening/closing tasks and cash handling. You will educate guests on our cake options, take orders, and coordinate special orders while ensuring top-notch service.

Weekend, opening and closing shifts are required. Prior shift-leader experience is a plus; strong teamwork and reliability are essential to uphold NbC standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
No formal education or work experience required, previous shift-leader experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and follow Steps of Service to deliver a superior experience.
Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors and promotions; upsell merchandise.
Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and manage order timing.
Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and ensure packaging materials are stocked.
Assist with cake decoration preparation and order fulfillment for walk-in and pre-orders.
Co-manage special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
