Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience and manage bakery operations. You will greet guests, educate them on cake options, and process orders using the POS system while promoting email club membership.

The role requires flexibility for busy periods, including weekends, and involves assisting with cake decoration prep, display maintenance, and packaging materials to ensure timely, high-quality orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience as a shift leader in a NbC bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Suggests additional merchandise (balloons, candles, cards) for celebrations.
• Process guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and promote NbC Email Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery display and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Assist in cake decoration prep and packaging supplies, ensuring orders meet guest specifications.
• Assemble cake and balloon orders per guest requests and follow NbC decorating standards.
• Prioritize workload to meet pick-up or delivery times and prep orders for walk-ins.
