Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely.
- Ability to work in multiple locations and flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with guests, delivering premium service.
- Take and fulfill guest orders accurately and timely.
- Deliver products as needed and assist the culinary team.
- Answer questions about offerings and pricing with confidence.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness per standards.
- Open/close shifts as scheduled and assist MOD/GM.
