Qualifications

• One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and connect with guests with hospitality.
• Maintain service quality and treat each guest as a VIP.
• Take and deliver guest orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform shifts to open and close the bakery as scheduled.
• Assist culinary team and ensure food safety compliance.
• Deliver product as needed and support daily operations.
