Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Hilo: 1-3 years management leading teams and guest experience.
• Ability to hire, train and develop teams while meeting financial goals.
• Experience setting productivity goals, inventory par levels and schedules.
• Food safety training certificate or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new tech.

Responsabilités

• Direct the team and day-to-day operation including guest experience and cake production.
• Oversee brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management and inventory control.
• Drive sales and profitability while ensuring high-quality cakes and superior service.
• Lead hiring and development of teams and manage costs.
