Nothing Bundt Cakes - San Diego is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience. You will lead a team, manage cake production, brand presentation, and inventory while upholding NbC values.

We expect 1–3 years of leadership in retail/hospitality, strong P&L awareness, and the ability to hire, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience in hiring and developing teams, achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or obtain within 30 days).
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Directs team and day-to-day operation including guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, and revenue & inventory control.
• Drives sales and profitability while ensuring high-quality cakes and superior service.
• Manages P&L, inventory control and cost optimization across store operations.
• Leads with guest focus, communicates expectations, and motivates the team to perform at a high standard.
