Nothing Bundt Cakes in Brentwood, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead bakery operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee cake production and brand presentation to keep the shop vibrant and welcoming.

You will direct the team and day-to-day operations, including guest experience, inventory control, and P&L management, while fostering a culture of joy and community. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams, business operations and guest experience in retail/hospitality/foodservice.
• Proven ability to hire and develop teams and achieve financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability while ensuring high-quality cakes and superior guest service.
• Direct day-to-day operations including guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L and inventory control.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
