Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead all bakery operations in our California location. You will inspire a high-performing team, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects our brand.

You will recruit and develop staff, maintain quality and safety standards, oversee inventory and vendor relations, and partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives while engaging with the local community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in retail, bakery, or food service.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with sales, labor, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for guest experience and building strong teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling and operational systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
