Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in San Diego is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, oversee guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandising presentation, and the work environment.

You will direct the team, manage P&L and inventory, drive sales and profitability, and ensure the highest-quality cakes and superior service while embodying NbC core values in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the bakery and lead the team.
