Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/foodservice.
• Proven ability to hire and develop teams and meet financial objectives.
• Experience setting productivity goals, par levels and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day operations including guest experience and cake production.
• Manage brand/merchandise, work environment, and inventory control.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining quality and service.
