Noth​ing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of bakery operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide a high-performing team, manage guest experiences, and ensure top quality while meeting sales and cost goals.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and strategic execution to grow the brand locally. You will collaborate with ownership and implement community outreach, scheduling, and operational systems to deliver consistent, joyful guest experiences

Competenze

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality or food service operations.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
