Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to drive bakery operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead day-to-day activities, manage labor and costs, and ensure product quality and brand standards across all shifts.

The role emphasizes sales growth, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with ownership and leadership to execute business strategies and nurture a positive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail/food services.
• Proven leadership with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and costs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and building teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling and reporting systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team.
