Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, develop and coach a high-performing team, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will ensure quality, sanitation, and brand standards while managing costs and inventory in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team
• Create and maintain a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
• Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving bakery performance goals
• Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses
• Ensure exceptional guest service and effectively resolve customer concerns

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve operational performance
• Partner with ownership and leadership to execute business strategies and achieve organizational objectives
