You will manage daily operations, scheduling, and costs, ensure product quality and food safety, and partner with ownership to execute business strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership with hiring, training, and performance management responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen with experience controlling sales, labor, and costs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team.
