Job summary

SusieCakes is hiring a General Manager to lead the bakery team, deliver an elevated guest experience, and create a fun, celebratory atmosphere across weekends and evenings.

You will oversee staffing, payroll, budgets, and training while ensuring quality production and a clean, safe environment. 3–5 years of leadership in luxury/hospitality/food service or retail, with ability to work across regional locations, is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver elevated guest experiences in the bakery.
• Manage production and kitchen to ensure quality products.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, operating expenses, and budgets.
• Develop and train employees across all shifts.
• Ensure safety procedures and sanitary standards are followed.
