Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience in bakery/restaurant/retail
• Bachelor's Degree in business or hospitality management preferred
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations
• Flexible schedule according to business needs
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver an elevated guest experience in the bakery
• Manage production processes to ensure quality products
• Oversee staffing, payroll, operating expenses and budgets
• Develop and train employees to strengthen service and performance
