Furlani Foods Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to sustain bakery production equipment and systems. You will work to keep machines running safely and efficiently, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include supporting the preventive maintenance program, performing downtime-reducing tasks, completing work orders, and assisting with line startups and equipment changeovers. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to GMP/OSHA standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining manufacturing systems in automated plants.
• Training or experience with compressed air systems, boilers, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow written and verbal instructions with high detail and accuracy.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; associate degree/technical cert preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and food-safety by following GMPs, OSHA rules, and food safety standards.
• Support PM program to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted.
• Assist with equipment changeovers, line startups, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Identify required parts and maintain inventories and reorder lists.
• Participate in CI projects with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with outlet transactions as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
