Furlani Foods Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and improve bakery, packaging, and process equipment in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will support the preventive maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime, complete work orders on time, and assist with line startups and equipment changes. A CI mindset and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience maintaining manufacturing systems and equipment in automated plant environment.
• Experience with compressed air systems, boilers, pneumatics, and hydraulics preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve bakery, packaging, and process machinery and systems.
• Support preventive maintenance program to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Complete work orders within allotted time and assist with line startups and equipment changes.
• Identify spare parts needs and maintain inventories.
• Participate in cross-functional CI projects and safety initiatives.
