Job summary

Pures Food Specialties, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee production equipment in our bakery facility. You will ensure smooth operation of ovens, conveyors and packing lines, perform setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, problem solving, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in this diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ovens, packing lines, and conveyors.
• Electrical and PLC diagnostics knowledge is a plus.
• Welding MIG/TIG/STICK a plus.
• 2–5 years’ experience in industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds frequently.
• Overtime, weekends and flexible hours required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility.
