Job summary

FURLANI FOODS, LLC in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our new, state-of-the-art bakery. You will keep high-speed production and packaging equipment running smoothly and play a key role in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance, strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems (including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment), and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing (food preferred).
• Proficient in English communication, written and spoken.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automated systems incl robotic and PLC.
• Familiar with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs and safety systems.
• Knowledge of TPM and reliability-centered maintenance; CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems including robotics and PLCs.
• Collaborate with production during setup, changeovers and adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement and RCFA/Kaizen activities.
