Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or food service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm/cold environments.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overseeing daily Bakery Department operations and maintain quality and service standards.
• Support planning and execution of daily bakery production based on trends.
• Assist with merchandising plans, promotions, and planograms.
• Help manage sales, labor, scheduling, inventory, and shrink goals.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching bakery associates.
