Maintain sanitation and safety throughout department.
Provide guidance and training to bakery hosts for performance.
Perform product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as needed.
Maintain labor budget and scheduling standards.
Perform PA announcements and other duties as assigned.
