Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Carrollton, TX to support the Bakery Manager in daily supervision and to lead Bakery Clerks in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with inventory, displays, and quality control while ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Two years' retail grocery experience
• Two years supervisory experience
• Be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Aufgaben

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of Bakery team
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and monitor the quality of Bakery products
• Unload and sort store deliveries and operate deli equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
