Sprouts Farmers Market in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and support daily department operations. You will assist the Bakery Manager with merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of grocery retail experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, along with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with positive attitude and customer interaction.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Operate and maintain department equipment and perform general housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety, health, and applicable regulations and obtain Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute merchandise rotation and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and quality Bakery products.
• Unload and sort deliveries, operate deli equipment; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
