Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and bakery team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure excellent customer service and bakery product quality.
• Unload and sort store deliveries, operate and maintain deli equipment.
• Ensure safety, health, and sanitation guidelines followed; train team accordingly.
