Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment for customers.
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities in the Bakery department.
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand.
• Inform and educate associates about promotions and product knowledge.
• Review inventory levels and ensure proper stocking and rotation.
