Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Bakery/retail experience preferred.
• Second language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through service.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean bakery environment.
• Monitor all bakery department functions and duties.
• Develop and implement department business plans and promotions.
• Plan and organize inventory, schedule staff, and manage CAO processes.
• Ensure proper temperatures, quality, and freshness of products.
